Whenever we go to the show or watch a movie at home, we are always looking for a snack to have during the show. These bigger bags are also excellent for camping and fishing trips or even long road trips to keep the kids happy. Planters makes these nice 6 ounce bags of trail mix, you are probably wondering why such a big bag. Well, it's plain and simple, the smaller 3 ounce bags are just not enough to fix my craving when I start eating these. This trail mix comes with peanuts, chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate candy pieces, raisins, almonds, cashews and cranberries. All of my favorite snacks. This trail mix is made in North Field Ill. and all of the stuff inside of the bag is very fresh. I have found that these bags of trail mix at just about any grocery store or candy store that sells snacks. We have even found a better bargain by purchasing this in bulk from Costco. The best way to use this is for all of our super bowl and movie parties and other get together's. You can find just about any size bag at any grocery store for just under five dollars for a big bag. Even at our local Meijer's store. These are satisfaction guaranteed or your money back and made in the USA. These are also excellent for snacking while you are at work.

Nutritional Values
Each serving is equal to 3 teaspoons and you will get 5 servings per bag. This is equal to 160 calories per serving, and you will get 90 of them are from fat. The total fat is 10g, saturated fat is 2g, and 0 trans fat, polyunsaturated fat is 2.5g, monounsaturated fat 5g, cholesterol 0mg, sodium 35mg, total carbohydrates 15g, dietary fiber 2g, sugar 11g, protein 5g. This trail mix have vitamins A 0%, C 0%, calcium 2%, iron 6%, copper 10%, magnesium 10%, and manganese 10%. This is based on a 2000 calorie a day diet.

Ingredients
This has peanuts, raisins, chocolate candy pieces, milk chocolate {sugar, cocoa butter, milk, chocolate, lactose, soy lecithin-emulsifier, vanillin-artificial flavor}, sugar and artificial colors, which include blue 2 lake, yellow lake 5, yellow 6 lake, red 40 lake, gum Arabic, corn syrup, carnauba wax, beeswax, confectioner's glaze, soy, wheat, raisins, almonds, milk chocolate covered peanuts, milk chocolate sugar, cashews, peanuts, sesame seeds, dried cranberries, and cottonseed oil and sea salt. Low sodium and no high fructose corn syrup.

Taste and Experience
All throughout the year we purchase these bags of trail mix, and they make our taste buds stream with water. When we purchase bags of these nut and candy we cannot get them without getting some sodas to go with it. We have also added some other snacks inside of a big bowl for a tastier treat. The only problem with this is, that is when we start eating these before the big party starts we usually eat them up before anything starts.

These taste so good, that we can't stop eating them until we see the bottom of the bowl or bag and every little piece of candy and nuts are gone. Everyone will love the flavor of these trail mix bags and kids will scoop up handfuls of these candies and chocolate. This trail mix is made in such a way as to form saliva in your mouth and allow you to pick up a heaping scoop of more candy and nuts, unlike the cookies or chips that you may purchase, these will keep you coming back for more. For everyone that likes a saltier flavor, but does not want the sodium this is the treat for you. This mix will make your mouth water even more. Planters makes these bags just big enough and tasty enough not to ruin your diet. I like a little bit of salty flavor but not too much that I have to drink a gallon of water.

Warning
The only warning that this has is if you allergic to peanuts or any kind of nuts do not eat these and also do not give this product to kids under the age of 6. These little pieces can cause a choking hazard.

Conclusion
All of the planters products that I have had has never compromised freshness or taste. I love the sweetness of the dried cranberries added to the trail mix. This add more to the mix and will make you mouth water and you will want to eat the whole bag. You will not regret adding this to your party supplies. Your family will see a bowl of this trail mix and before you know it this will disappear right before your eyes. Be prepared to have to purchase several bags for your parties, this is one treat that will never be left over.
