I'm a student, a mother, a math tutor, a gardener, a jewelrymaker, an artist, a musician, a woman...and in between all these things I find time to read anything interesting I happen to come across. Usually what interests me (bookwise) are sci-fi, dystopias, and crime drama, but I'm open to suggestions.  :)

To Kill a Mockingbird
I read this book in high school and it really brought home some of the social issues this country has faced in its history.

I remember reading this and thinking it was a decent book but not really understanding why everyone had made such a big deal out of it.
