Chunky Chips Ahoy! - Nothing comes close to this big scrumptious chocolately taste.

Being the chocolate freak that I am, I almost always keep something around the house with that chocolate flavor; be it cereal, a beverage, or cookies. Now I'm not exactly crazy about cookies, though I've tried a lot of them. But Nabisco's Chunky Chips Ahoy! have been my favorite for maybe about 13 years or so.

There's a huge difference between these cookies from the originals and even the chewy version. Now the most obvious difference are the chunky chips. Make no mistake, there's no false advertising here. These chips are big when compared to the originals, and you really will bite a chip. A nice chunky one with a rich, and delicious chocolate flavor like no other. These cookies are so good it's almost impossible for me to put them down once I get started. They taste even better with a glass of milk. Now, most cookies are excellent with milk, but I can go through many others without it. While with these, it just feels like I'm cheating myself out of something incredible.

The cookies are also pretty strong in milk. I dip them for about a good 2 - 4 seconds or so and they don't break very easily. I've tried others that feel as if they break almost instantly. Chunky Chips Ahoy! absorbs the milk pretty well. The packaging comes with about 23 cookies in about 5 or 6 rows one after the other. The bag is resealable but either I put them in plastic wrap or in the fridge.

The only issue that I can think of with these cookies or any sweets is control. Too much of anything is not good for you of course, so it's up to you not to cave into the pressure. In any case, I've tried many, many, types of chocolate cookies; either they were way too sweet, not sweet enough, or felt too cheap. These have the right balance for me. If you love chocolate and have not tried these yet. Then you should give them a shot soon, because you're missing something good here.
