I've tried two brands of cinnamon ice cream. They were both good. And they were very different.

Schwans, the company that delivers food, has a cinnamon ice cream with mild flavor, like rice pudding. This would be very good on apple pie, and makes a good milkshake.
My favorite was the Safeway grocery store brand. The cinnamon/chocolate flavor came in a 3-flavor package with a white and dark chocolate. It was stronger than the Schwans ice cream and had chocolate mixed in. It tasted like Mexican hot chocolate!
Unfortunately I haven't seen the Safeway item stocked for quite some time.
