Becoming a "Chub" is worth eating one

Ruby Jewel's basic ice cream sandwich (chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream) is called the "Chub".  I don't know where they got the name, but it may be from the fact that they're so addictive (and loaded with calories) that you're likely to become chubby from eating them.  No joke.  These things are addictive.  All organic ingredients make a fresh cookie and some of the best vanilla bean ice cream you'll ever have.

The Chub isn't as creative as some of their other offerings (namely the Lemon Cookie with Honey-Lavender Ice Cream), but I defy you to find a better chocolate chip/vanilla ice cream sandwich.  I defy you!!!!!

This is classic favorite, but the quality of ingredients goes into this cookie, separates it from any other chocolate chip cookie/vanilla ice cream sandwich.  The way they are able to balance sweet, freshness of the cookie with the cool, creamy goodness of the organic vanilla ice cream, causes one to summon up images of other great pairings.  For me the only pairing that comes close would be Torvill and Dean's Bolero in '84 Olympics, but even that falls short of this amazing ice cream …

The Ruby Jewel was yummylicious!  It makes a great meal, not to mention a great after-lunch or after-dinner dessert.  The ice cream melts in your mouth, and the chocolate chips are pure nuggets of choco-licious joy.  This is 550 calories of pure delight!!

About this topic

Wiki

Ruby Jewel Treats are all organic, made with the freshest of ingredients.

Taken from the company website:

We all have a calling, and mine just happened to be ice cream. I have dedicated the better part of my life to eating, and I feel my experience has given me a pretty good idea of what tastes good. Fresh tastes good. Natural tastes good. And chocolate, chocolate tastes good. Honey Lavender and Lemon tastes incredible.

I found in my extensive research/eating (and selling at the Farmer's Market) that the world lacked a distinctly original, bold and mmmm... good ice cream sandwich. Ruby Jewel Treats was born to fill this void.

I am dedicated to creating a sustainable company. We are proud to say we are nearly 100% waste free. We recycle and use everything.

Our products use only the freshest, all-natural, all-good, all-northwest ingredients; from locally grown mint, honey, and lavender to local hormone-free milk (Lochmead Dairy). I figure when it's time to indulge, why not go for the best?

See you in the freezer section~
