There are now over 150,000 apps in the iPhone App Store (as at mid-February 2010) - a surreal, unbelievable number for a mobile app store.  And as anyone who has spent even a short spell looking …

Welcome to Lunch, Patrick!  I read your profile and I can't wait to see what you have to share about iPhones.  I'm an iPhone apps junkie as well.  I think you'd really appreciate the iPhone apps content on Lunch.  Oh, and these reviews of Austin, too, just because!  Let me know if you have any questions, Patrick, and have fun exploring Lunch :)

Hey There. Thank you for the kind welcome. I just read your reviews of Photoshop.com and the 3GS a short while ago, along with quite a few others. Enjoyed your two very much - and I also love the 3GS, it's a speed demon. I'll take a look at the Austin content. Thanks again for the welcome!

My pleasure! And thanks for checking out my reviews. I've got pages and pages of apps on my iPhone to review, so look out! :P

Pages and pages - I know that feeling, although now I make use of a lovely (jailbreak) app that allows me to run my 160 or so apps on ONE home screen :) I enjoy that very much.

Jailbroken iPhone? That's pretty hardcore! I'm too big of a wuss to jailbreak mine. I don't really have much of a need to right now since the only perk that I have going for me is using Cydia to make the pages look nicer. How do you run 160 apps on one home screen? That's mind blowing. Now that's something I'd like to read about! :P

Oh, there's more than just theming that makes jailbreak interesting and worthwhile. Innovative apps like the one I use to manage with just one home screen, lovely, slick multitasking, which the 3GS handles like a champion, is the number one reason for me. I'll do some reviews on some of this stuff soon. :)

Great! One other thing that I just thought of as a reason to unlock my iPhone would be to use it overseas with a different SIM card. Looking forward to seeing your other reasons! :)
