This may be walking down memory lane as he has been on the music scene for as long as I can remember. Beginning with the most popular song (Everything I do) I do it for you from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves starring Kevin Costner. This song spent a record-breaking seventeen weeks at number one on UK Singles Chart.

And then comes the movie in the 90s, The Mirror Has Two Faces starring Barbara Streisand and Jeff Bridges. I finally found Someone is the soundtrack for that movie, a duet between Streisand and Adams. A great movie self-directed by Barbara Streisand which was nominated for an Oscar. The song gave Streisand a first significant hit in a decade!

Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman was my most favorite of all his songs. Written in 1995 it hits no. 1 in the U.S. for 5 weeks but I’ve somewhat missed it then. Strange! I only got to hear it performed by Chris Daughtry at the American Idol in 2006, a decade later! I fell in love with the song sung by Chris and yes, he’s my very own American Idol! THE Idol. I love his rendition of the song. Just awesome!
Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman is an “amazing song, lyrically & musically”, “it has all the elements of a great love song” & Chris Daughtry perfected it as we saw his performance on American Idol. What an amazing performance!!!
