Creepshow 2 was a follow up to the Romero and King classic. The tight budget and the lack of input from the two creators of the first film doomed the project from the start. The problem was that it wasn't a total failure but it's just not that entertaining (especially when compared to the first film). It had potential but the uninspired acting, the mediocre writing and the tight budget kept this one from being a classic.
