During a vicious storm, a ship on its way from Romania crashes on the shore of England. One of the ships passengers, Count Dracula (Frank Langella) of Romania is rescued by a young woman named Mina Van Helsing (Jan Francis). After saving the Count's life, he returns to thank her later.
