Chili's Grill and Bar is a restaurant chain founded by Larry Levine. The chain has over 1,000 dining centers throughout the United States. The company is currently owned by Brinker International.

Chili's primarily serves American food with a Tex-Mex flavor. The restaurant has a wide range of appetizers such as the boneless buffalo wings, nachos, and chips and salsa. The main dishes include hamburgers, fajitas, quesadillas, and ribs. They also have side dishes of fries, garlic and cheese mashed potatoes, and coleslaw.

All restaurants have a full service bar and a wide variety of desserts.
