Dr. Frankel is a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.  

The Street parking was exceptionally easy to get.  I parked right in front of the building.  Just to note, Make sure you have enough money for the parking meters.  I hear they ticket you quickly. 

His office is located on the 2nd floor.  I had some issues finding it, but maybe I am just directionally challenged.  

I met with him for a consultation for a deviated septum and for a Primary Rhinoplasty.  He was running about 10 minutes late and was apologetic for it.  I was actually really appreciative of the apology. After all What doctor is ever on time!

We enter his examination room and he first asks me the normal questions. Past surgeries, allergies, etc.  I told him all the pertinent information.  He next asks me about my nose and if I had any injuries to it. He also asks what I would liked changed about my nose.  So I told him what I wanted done and what my issues were.  He spent a good 10 minutes examining my nose.  I didn't realize there were so many different 'things' (i can't even pronounce 1/2 the things he was saying) about a nose.

After the exam, we go to his office and he takes some photos.  He then shows me a computer generated image of what he would do to me and how i might look.  He talks to me about how I will most likely be able to breathe better.

It is common to get a chin implant with a rhino.  But for my face, he recommended that I did not get one. 

The thing I liked best about him was that he was realistic with everything. He never made any promises to do this or that. He was realistic in what could be, and would be done. I know its to protect his own ass, but still I liked that he was realistic that I may or may not be able to breathe better. That my nose won't look like the image that the computer generated, but that it is an approximation of what he is going to go for.

All in all he spent about 45 minutes to an hour talking to me.  He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

After talking with Dr. Frankel, I went and talked with Vicky who went over the financial aspects of everything. She was incredible nice too!

The odds of me using him to do my surgery are about 90% right now. I have another appointment with a plastic surgeon for a 2^nd opinion. But It is going to be hard to beat out Dr. Frankel.
