Relaxation ... for everyone

I began doing this dvd about a week ago.  I rented it from my local library because I wasnt sure if it was something I would enjoy.  The menu is actually set up by days (day one day two .. etc.) It is so simple to follow and to do.  It really can be for beginners or for more advanced users.  I am just a beginner and I am able to do almost all of the poses.  The days that the guy is on screen is much better for me.  There is a relaxation period at the end of his sessions that, I feel, adds more to your work out.  It is definitley something that I am going to buy!!

Quick Tip by . July 10, 2010
Seasoned yoga masters Rod Stryker and Suzanne Deason guide you gently through the week with this stress-busting yoga regimen designed to add variety to your Monday-through-Friday routine. Five full-length workouts help you stay strong and centered with an assortment of breath and alignment techniques, standing and seated poses, and meditation exercises to help focus the mind. A yoga strap, mat and block are recommended.
