I'm pretty sure this panel should required for all attendees. There were only 18 participants in the group this afternoon, but there were hundreds of tips shared. Pressure points to relieve headaches; supplements to help with digestion, hangover recovery, and sleep; eating and sleeping hacks; stretching; etc.
Bottom line: drink way more water, eat more vegetables, and think about what you are touching.
Realize that it is very difficult for your body to digest, process alcohol, recover from all the activity, and get rest. So, to get the most value from your sleep, try to eat earlier in the evening, stretch before hiking down 6th street, and drink water BETWEEN drinks. Pace out your recovery.
And remember to strike a bit of balance, you're running a marathon, not a sprint.
A few other fun quotes:
"Outsource your Judgement."
"Wash your hands often, and don't touch anyone. Except with your lips."
"I try to get 25 hugs a day."
"Your nose is a filter, so, like, keep the inner-workings clean.
"Eat a rainbow everyday." (i.e. getting enough reds? greens? blues? oranges?)
