The Art of Being a Douchebag in Order to Attain Fame
Dec 20, 2008
It's a sad trend, ladies and gentlemen. People doing what it takes to get to "the top." Corey Clark was a contestant on the 2nd season of American Idol, and about a year ago had accused Paula Abdul of giving him special favors and tips to become that season's winner of the show. Of course, there was never any sufficient evidence for the show's executive producers to act upon with.
This was a guy who had a history of problems with the law, saw his career go nowhere, and upon releasing his first album, decided to accuse Paula Abdul of something she did to him, in order to drum up sales of his album. Unfortunately for him, it tanked... as well as his potential career.
What goes around, comes around? Perhaps so, in this case.
