Heidi Montag, born September 15, 1986, is an American reality TV personality, pop singer, and fashion designer. Montag, whose last name is German for "Monday," gained prominence for her roles in MTV's Laguna Beach and spinoff The Hills. 

Montag is currently married to Spencer Pratt, who also stars in MTV's The Hills. She expressed interest in continuing the show after her former friend and program narrator Lauren Conrad expressed feelings that The Hills is coming to a close.

In addition to reality TV roles, Montag has shot scenes for CBS's How I Met Your Mother. She has her own line of clothing, Heidiwood, and released several pop singles in 2007 and 2008. Neither her clothing line nor her music has, to date, fared well among consumers. In several interviews she has stated that she identifies as conservative and wished to vote for John McCain in the 2008 US Presidential election. However, at the time of the last interview in April 2008, Montag was not registered and excused this fact by saying she was simply too busy to register.

She is currently married to Spencer Pratt and lives in Los Angeles, CA.
