I just started watching Saturday Night Live for this first time this season and I'm really enjoying the new crop of people they have on the show. Some of them honestly are better then the old-timers and should be promoted, but sadly that probably will take awhile. One that just caught my eye was Jenny Slate. Out of the three new ladies, she's by far the best. She's cursed on TV and got away with it and her latest individual skit "Car Horns and More" is simply hilarious.
In the skit she runs her own business commercial where her voice is the sayings for several car horns. The best one of the night was for an ambulance: "Beep Beep, watch out! A baby swallowed a penny. Oh my gawwwwd". Her voice is priceless and that clip is being rated the best in awhile, I no doubt agree. Jenny Slate currently isn't on the show that often as she's just starting out but after that I can see her being on much much more. Kristen Wig is the only permanent lady as of now, but I can see Jenny being the next to step it up and join as a permanent cast. Hopefully that will happen as I've found my new clip to be addicted over thanks to SNL.
Here's the clip for your enjoyment, let me know what you think!
