I L-O-V-E Margaret Cho! I remember catching one of her stand-up routines in SF and I'd never laughed so hard in my life. She has a great way of combining San Franciscan-bred political awareness with incredible comedic timing.

I remember she had that awful show, All American Girl on ABC. I tried watching it and thought it was lame but she was kinda funny. I love it when she SQAWKS out loud on stage when impersonating her mom. Thats funny.

I have to agree! When you hear her speak about All American Girl, she says that she's proud of the potential it had but, that she was placed under a lot of restrictions from "the studios". And her impressions of her mom are SO funny!

I always thought she was really funny and I still remember her show from the 90's called "All-American Girl". I was also glad when she got her own show on Vh1 a few years back and I laughed at how the show had her parents and all of her weird friends.

About this actor

Wiki

Margaret Cho was born December 5, 1968 and raised in San Francisco. “It was different than any other place on Earth,” she says. “I grew up and went to grammar school on Haight Street during the ’70s. There were old hippies, ex-druggies, burnouts from the ’60s, drag queens, and Chinese people. To say it was a melting pot – that’s the least of it. It was a really confusing, enlightening, wonderful time.”
