A Course in Miracles

Marianne Williamson is a great writer, but she's an even better public speaker!

I enjoyed her books (esp. Enchanted Love), I devoured her lectures and seminars. And I've read a great many and listened to even more.

Marianne is most entertaining when she is speaking to an audience.  She speaks to a group but her power lies in that it feels like she's speaking to me alone & addressing my very personal problem as at that point in time. I could listen to her for hours which I probably couldn't have if I were to read her books. That's the beauty of Marianne Williamson, I feel. She makes us listeners listen and in doing so, transmits and translates all her teachings into our being effortlessly. And she's a darn great teacher too, if I may say so.

I won't do justice by what I've to say about her here on this review as I'm not a great writer by any measure. But I am quite a reader and I think I have been able to pick up good and great stuff from both the bookstores and libraries. In doing so I'm able to share with you what's great out there. So, I hope you enjoy her books and lectures now that I've put her being in your horizon.

Marianne is also an ardent student of A Course in Miracles. She talks about it being "all an inside job. There is nothing outside." and you might also be interested in looking that up yourself.

I highly recommend that you get some of her audio books which I had many volumes in cassettes. I had them convereted to MDs at one time but have not managed to convert them into MP3. I'm not sure if they are still available in the market but if you can get them, it'd be great. She covers topics like Relationships, Love, Death, Money, Forgiveness, etc, etc... Her audio books were a great way to transverse those long hours on the road and in flights!
