What a dumbass. He got away free with a double homicide, and he comes back years later pulling off the most ridiculous stunt ever. Didn't he realize they were waiting for him??? Rot in prison jackass, you belong there just for being stupid.

I think it was called "I Didn't Murder My Wife, But If I Did Here Is How I Would Have Done It" or in short "If I Did It". You can actually find excerpts of this out there, it is crazy, he writes the events as if he did it. Which of course most think he did anyway, he says fiction, others say confession.

Last I remember he was doing time for that gun stint. And they were sentencing him for life. I'll check right now to see for sure if he's still in. But it doesn't take away that stunt he pulled as being the dumbest shit on the planet a man his age should've been pulling.

Yep, he's in. Sentenced to 33 years, with a minimum of 9 years without parole. They been waiting for his ass for a very long time. He's not making parole ever.

that's good I guess. When I used to work at this lawfirm, I met someone who was part of the prosecution in his trial. She was so pissed he got acquitted due to several technicalities.

I remember a lot of women of all races who were pissed by that. But I believe many of them were mainly mad because it gave their husbands the green light to kill their asses when caught cheating and it was the thought of the them being able to get away with it, and more than likely, some of them were huge cheaters.

Yeah I remember that too. You know during the time, in the Philippines, if you find your wife in bed with another man, (total shock) and you kill them both because of the anger and the shock, you wouldn't go to prison because of crime of passion and temporary insanity. You would be acquitted as long as you can prove that you never knew about it beforehand. But if you plan on it, stalk them then it would be seen as murder. I am not sure if they changed the law these days since I haven't lived there for 20 years.
