This is an excellent soundtrack

The best songs on this soundtrack are the two tracks by Paramore. These songs rock. Lead singer Hayley Williams provides excellent vocals on the songs "Decode" and "I Caught Myself". "Supermassive Black Hole" is another song that is very good. The singer of this band has an unusually high voice, but it sounds cool. "Tremble For My Beloved" is a great tune from Collective Soul. This is a beautiful love song and one of my favorites. I love the violin playing on the track "Full Moon". "Flightless Bird" is a slow but prettty song by Iron and Wine. "Eyes on Fire" is yet another slow song. This song has a sensual quality that I like though. "Leave Out All The Rest" by Linkin Park is another one of my favorites. This song is sad but very romantic. I will conclude this review with Bella's theme. The piano playing gives me chicken skin. It is absolutely lovely. I really like the music on this soundtrack. I can't wait to see the movie.

Pros: Skilled music     Cons: Uninspiring (to me), very little diversity     The Bottom Line: Let's face it; the bottom line is not impressed.     Though I've not reviewed a soundtrack by Carter Burwell before, I've seen his name around plenty of times.  Enough to know it when I spotted it.  Surprisingly enough, I was referred to this soundtrack by a friend, whose musical tastes are a far cry from what we've got going on here.  …

Twilight soundtrack
The Twilight soundtrack is a great mix of music. All the songs maintain a sense of the darker side of life and emotion bottled into a soundtrack that I can't stop listening to. Not only are they terrific unique sounds and melodies, but the lyrics really take you through the film, it's characters, the story, and more. Part of what makes the film version of "Twilight" work is the fact that its music fits it perfectly. For fans of the film (and the book) this soundtrack provides those songs in a near perfect collection.    Opening with the "baseball" song from the film, Muse's "Supermassive Black Hole," the tone is set early for the remainder of the disc. Based on Stephenie Meyer's #1 New York Times Bestseller of the same name, TWILIGHT explores the complex intertwining of teenage romance and the dark world of vampires. Chop Shop Records compiled this soundtrack with songs that accentuate the film's already ethereal atmosphere.
