One of my very favorite bands. U2 bears their soul on every record, wandering spiritually and ideologically, bringing attention to questions great and small, and always shedding light on the ugliest and most beautiful aspects of life.
I was introduced to the band U2 in 1995 when I first caught their music video for "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me" on MTV. Being 13 years old, I thought the song was pretty cool. U2 are a rock band from Dublin, Ireland. The band consists of Bono (vocals and guitar), The Edge (guitar, keyboards, and vocals), Adam Clayton (bass guitar) and Larry Mullen, Jr. (drums and percussion). The band formed in 1976 when the members were teenagers with limited musical proficiency.
