The book starts with a major event in progress. It makes me both proud and had me laughing on how she handle's it at the spur of the moment. When I first read the first book I liked how it took me into another world but when I read the second book I found the luxurious lifestyle becoming all the more mysterious as i read further into the book. It was really funny how stuff she couldn't say to her family outright she could write it in a book for everyone to read even though no one had yet except for a person we least expected to read the book actually found it and we found her journey through the happiest, sorrow and funniest times coming to light. It makes a person more grateful of the little things like a girl going to school or being able to do the simplest thing like going out in public more meaningful. The book takes a person through her other family members point of views and we finally figure out why some people are the way they are. I found myself going on a pilgrimage in suadia arabia and being able to experience it by being part of the royal family, going to london, and at times being happy for her husband son orbrother being their with her but at the same time able to understand how at times she was just want to go somewhere without their escort.
