This drink is great because it rehydrates our body after the exercisewear but has many drawbacks. The calories it contains are so many that need to run a marathon to prevent overweight. Okay Gatorade is a delicious drink with rehabilitative substances for the body but does not replace the water. Many studies have shown that this drink is the cause of sudden death in fut ball players. It is good to take when the weather is hot but never good substitute for water. Water is good for the body:
Clean bad substances in our body
Helps drain our kidneys
Maintains the elasticity of the skin
Reverse acne problems
Helps keep our weight
Water is precious liquid and everyone should take advantage.
