From the opening pages until the final page, Ali Pervez has packed this book with vital information for every business. Each of these 81 moves is important but I want to give you a taste of the valuable content in this book. Move 10: Use Referrals Pervez gives valuable insight about referrals then says, "Look at the math: Referral is the compound interest of marketing. If one customer refers two new customers, and this continues, how many customers would you have in just twenty days? One million!" (Page 67)

Here's another sample of this book from Move 19: Get A Database, "Constant communication with your customers and prospects creates trust and loyalty. Communication first starts with knowing who your customers are…Keep the database up-to-date. This sounds obvious, but many companies have no idea who their customers are. They're simply grateful they show up! You are a master black belt, and you not only know your customers, but you know a lot about them. Capture this information in your database." (Page 121-122)
