Everything You Need to Know to Keep Yourself Vibrant & Healthy

Having kept my weight managed for 55 years, Dr. Lipman discovered most of the same things I spent 55 years discovering. How I wish I had read Dr. Lipman's book at 25. Maybe people wouldn't be telling me at I only look about 55! Imagine considering it a compliment to be told you only look 55! Well, a 100 year old might be happy.

So, what did Dr. Lipman tell me that I didn't know--

1.  4 grams of sugar equals a teaspoon of sugar. So, when I put healthy pure maple syrup on stuff, at 53 grams of sugar for 1/4 of a cup, and who puts just a little 1/4 of a cup on their pancakes and French Toast, I am  ingesting a whopping 106 grams of sugar 28 teaspoons of sugar.

2.  Taking two tennis balls and placing them on your shoulder blades and getting rid of the upper back/neck tension, like giving yourself a massage. What I like about the book is Dr. Lipman gives you a picture and an explanation. No mystery here.

3.  He gave me two recipes for dry rubs for meats that I can't wait to try.

Every single person on the planet who cares about feeling good in this life needs to read Dr. Lipman's book.

For take action mantras my eye prefers the vibe offered by the color RED.       Front and center smiled the mug of "The Dawg" from American Idol. Randy Jackson offers a memoir of his own diet improvement. …
