An incredible reboot of the Man of Steel. This began the new run on Superman following the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Definitely a must read for any Superman fan.

You're welcome, I'll be adding the rest of the series to your community soon.

Awesome! I can't wait! Let me know if you're adding new topics for them too because I have a few badges I'll add the topics too. Can you send me an email when you post the new content over? I've had to stop receiving email notifications because it's clogging up my inbox. I'll be relying more on emails from friends.

I hear you on that. I just stopped it yesterday because my phone was exploding in between here, FB, and viewpoints. And I been ignoring everybody on FB. I'll let you know when I drop those reviews, but I'm moving real slow with these reviews so they can all be rated. It would be insane to transfer all of them just like that so 90% of them can be missed.

No rush on when you drop the reviews. And I agree with your method. It makes more sense to trickle them over. I'm way behind on FB and Goodreads. I recently caught up on Epinions. There's a ton of notifications coming in!

Byrne was hot in these days. Loved what he did with Luthor! Read Earth one yet?

Yeah he was. I haven't read Earth One yet, because I've actually been occupied by other things.

In 1986, DC Comics commissioned writers to create "reboot" stories for their three largest properties: Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. Two of those reboots became some of the most famous comics ever written: Frank Miller's BATMAN: YEAR ONE, and John Byrne's SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL.    THE MAN OF STEEL was originally a 6-issue miniseries. Issue 1 dealt with the destruction of Krypton, Clark's discovery that he was adopted, and Clark's invention of his alter-ego, "Superman". …
