notable tips are the following:

o Fresh produce has more nutrients

o Shop in a reusable organic shopping bag
because plastic takes 400- 1000 years to
break down

o maintain a heap of veggie waste for compost
in your garden

o limit food waste by freezing

o look for food additives on [...]

o many farms now have small shops

o buy unrefined natural sea salt

o seek out local cheese makers instead of imports

o use a hand pump oil spray for fried foods

o get juicing for maximum nutrient value

o choose yogurts low in sugar that are rich in
B vitamins
