"Two Headed Snake of Key West" is the perfect book to bring on your summer or other vacation.
Liz and Garret Adams decide to travel to Key West for a little adventure. They sail their thirty-six foot sloop from Mystic to Key West.
Once there, the story follows a number of madcap adventures. One woman is attempting to escape from her autocratic, abusive husband. Another character is looking for an easy way to make money and an old friend is coping with the fact that his lover is paying attention to someone else.
There is a good sense of Key West in Marilyn Della Valle's story and she has the knack for making the reader feel empathy for her characters. Another point is that she does a fine job of making it impossible to guess where the story is going.
For a light hearted, fun read, don't miss this.
I wish there was a rating of 3.5. That's where I'd rate this book. It isn't quite a 4 star.
I received this book in return for an honest review.
