About a month and a half ago, somebody broke into my wife's car and the passenger side window was broken in the process, so I called the dealer and the dealer quoted me about $600 (parts + labor) to replace the window, I was shocked as how much it is, so I did some research online and found Auto Glass Repair. They have a great tool where you can specify the brand and make of your car, and which window that needs replacing, and it will give you a quote and you can make an appointment from that page. It was very easy to use, and the price for the whole repair was cheaper than the price of material that the dealer quoted, so I made an appointment for the following week.
I took my car in to their Pasadena location, and it's really simple and waited there for about an hour, and it's done, the window looked and worked perfectly, I was so glad that I didn't take it to the dealer and get ripped off in the process.
And a couple of weeks after that, I was driving on the highway and a small pebble was kicked into my windshield, and the small cracked enlarged to about 6 inches long, so I decided to have it repaired and called their call center, and they were saying that a crack that big can't be repaired and must be replaced, and I looked online, and that seems to be the case, and I made an appointment with them again, and to my surprise, they offered to come to my house to fix it without extra charge, so they told me they would be at my house anytime from 8 to 12 AM. I was fully expecting them to come at 11:59AM, but the guy showed up a little after 9AM, and promptly replaced my windshield pretty quickly, and the price is again very reasonable.
So I highly recommend All Star Glass if you ever have the need to get a new window, they offer great price with very good services.

I could've used this place to replace my driver's side window after a break-in! Instead I took it to a local place- not only did they not fix it but, it cost me $400 in the process. Great review, James! I'll have to keep this place in mind if I ever need a car window fixed!
Some jackass recently broke one of the windows on my car to steal a worthless gym bag. I called the dealer to get a quote on replacing the window. The dealer (Toyota), quoted me $460 and 2 days before they'd get the part in to be able to fix the window. Luckily, after that I called All Star Glass. Not only did they have the replacement window in stock (unlike the dealership), but they would come to my home and replace it and it would cost me $290 ($170 less than the … more
