 Social Media adoption is taking time in Healthcare as well as in other sectors.  I would point two main reasons: on the one hand, the lack of knowledge in the “big and very valuable picture” which represents SM; on the other hand the fears to embrace failure and deal with regulatory issues. But SM adoption is unstoppable, wanted or not, and everybody in charge of duties related to branding, communication and marketing will have to escape from their comfort zone addressing SM.
