Hot & Modern?

I'm a huge fan of H&M... it gives you great ideas for trendy clothing at great prices! I always see stuff in magazines that I think are super cute but then end up also being super expensive. H&M has great basics (tee's and tanks) and also great trendy dresses, tops, loads of coats and cute bottoms too! They have a great variety of jewelry for great prices (considering you dont' wear the jewelry a lot and I tend to lose things quickly).

The other department i absolutely love is the lingerie department... I know everyone will have a diff opinion cuz it's so hard to find something that fits perfect for you... but check it out.. great deals esp when they're having a sale!

I love that they have tons of chic work clothes so you don't have to look super boring just cuz you think your job is super boring. There's one thing that kind of bothers me. It's SUPER hard for me to find work pants that fit.. (i mean.. like its ridiculous...to this day I still have zero pant suits.. just pant separates and a billion skirt suits). So they have a LOT of work pants that fit me really well.. but those never have matching jackets!! And of course the ones that do have jackets.. do not fit me at all. Oh well, that's what you get for being a weird proportion.

One other thing - I always get really confused what size I'm looking for.. when I was in London I was looking for size 8's because that's their size small.. then I come here and half their stuff is European sizing and half of them is American...so everytime I have to compare the sizes of things to figure out what I'm looking for! Still - the stuff is really cute and a great deal... it's too bad that the men's section is one corner of the store with about 2 racks and 3 shelves....

Keeping me OC cute but not LA poor
I love H&M because you can get really cheap clothes that are cute but you only need to wear a few times. Also, besides Aldo, it may be the best place to find really-cheap-but-super-cute accessories and sunglasses. And since I lose my stuff on a weekly basis, its great that I can go back and find something completely different and new each time. The last time I was there I spend $100 on a shirt, a belt, a hat, three bracelets, and two rings. Hell yea!      The H&M in San …

Remember the old days when your parents would take you to your local Sears or JC Penny's and would buy all the shirts that were under $15 and regardless if you liked them or not, those were the very clothes that you were to make last all year? Well those days have been long gone since I grew up, and it has definitely had its ups and downs. The moment I started choosing and buying my own shirts and jeans, I realized just how expensive it was to have what all the cool kids had. I remember my first …

Garden Collection
As a weekly regular at H&M, I have to say this store lately has become way too hit or miss. I frequently visit the greater Los Angeles stores, located at the Beverly Center, Sunset Plaza and 3rd Street Promenade, sometimes leaving there with bags full of the latest runway trends knocked off in lower quality fabrics. Other times, I go in and am deeply disappointed in the merchandise hanging on the racks.       However, H&M has done a great job of publicizing their …

H&M’s next designer collaboration will be with Lanvin, one of the most influential brands worn by celebrities on and off the red carpet. Everyone from Gwyneth Paltrow and Natalie Portman to Katie Holmes and Jessica Alba! Lanvin is the latest brand to collaborate with H&M, with previous collections designed by the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Comme des Garçons and Sonia Rykiel. The collection of both womenswear and menswear will go on sale on November 23rd in …

H&M is a college fashionista’s savior. The store has low prices and great quality clothing. Many stores with low price points often sacrifice quality during production to keep the prices low, but H&M keeps the quality well intact. H&M is a one stop kind of shop as well. They offer everything from on-trend pieces to internship interview worthy ensembles. It is nice to know that you can purchase a lower priced trendy item and not have to worry that you may only wear it this season …
