2 cups Fresh Crookneck Squash Slices
1 Tbsp. Kraft Parmesan Cheese-Grated
HOW TO MAKE IT
Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into round disks. Arrange them in a steamer and steam for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove, pat dry with a paper towel, and toss with the cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes: 2 servings
