Activate Joy-Live Your Life Beyond Limitations by AlixSandra Parness DD
shows how to navigate life with a positive outlook despite a plethora of
negations that face most people. Negations are thoughts that argue against
you at every turn.

AlixSandra Parness characterizes these thoughts as yabbits. The influential
yabbits represent hoarding, over-control, perfectionist tendencies,
rationalizations, analysis paralysis, procrastination and a host of behaviors that
halt our advancement due to incessant internal questioning and doubts about
the self. Serious self reflection can thwart negative thoughts and unwarranted doubts.
Joy is ever present even when our hearts are breaking due to failure or loss.

The author explains that each person creates a unique reality. Passion is born of
new ways of thinking, attitudes and individualized experiences. Our thoughts
and feelings draw things to us by the Law of Resonance. These thoughts and
emotions create unarticulated new possibilities which free us from outmoded
thinking and rehashing past outcomes- particularly negative ones.

In 2012, the author explains how the Milky Way, our sun and the earth itself
will realign. This realignment is said to occur every twenty six thousand years.
The author draws religious references on occasion. For instance, Christ said
"I am in the world but not of it".

Activate Joy-Live Your Life Beyond Limitations by AlixSandra Parness DD
is a wonderful book which aims to provide cheer and joy in place of
the expectation of failure and self doubt. The presentation is easy to read
and understand. Activate Joy is much like The Power of Positive Thinking
by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. Both books are  unparalleled in their extraordinary
capacity to remove self doubt, worry, stress and resentment from daily life.
