I remember my first experience with energy drinks about 10 years ago. I drank probably 10 Red Bulls in one night and then went Sleepless in Seattle for about 3 days. I remember laying in bed staring at the ceiling thinking man I really wish I could go to bed. Needless to say I learned a valuable lesson that I should be more conscious about what I put in my body especially when it comes to these energy drinks.
Spark was introduced to me a few years ago, and like with anything else new I was very skeptical. "Yeah, yeah, yeah I've had stuff like this before. Its just like Red Bull or a Monster." How wrong I was.
First Spark was developed 15 years ago, prior to most of the other more mainstream commercial type drinks on the market today. Second Spark contains no free sugars or fat and is packed with loads of vitamins and is very low on carbohydrates. Third the caffiene in Spark is formulated in a patented process which allows it to be released slowly thereby giving you a sustained release of energy; avoiding the high rush and fall of caffiene or sugars. Finally Spark contains ingredients that help with mental focus. Eerrererrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (record stops spinning). Say that again? Spark contains ingredients that help with mental focus.
So what does that mean exactly? Put it this way (I intentially made this topic its own paragraph since I think this is the most important aspect of Spark), never before have I felt such a drive and focus after drinking a Spark. I work in front of a computer all day, and anyone that knows me knows that I cannot sit still; I am so easily distracted. Even as a child in elementary school, I would get good grades except in conduct since I was unable to keep still or be quiet. I have my Spark in the morning (and sometimes on my slow days again in the afternoon) and I can work 12 hrs easy non-stop. To my knowledge there is nothing on the market that can claim this. I was so intrigued by this newly found focus I did a little resarching and found that secret behind this mental focus was that Spark contains neuroactive amino acids, which supports your brains ability transmit messages via the nervous system.
Another extra bonus is Spark seems to make you happy. I call it my Happy Juice. So amazing that this product isn't in everyone's cupboards. I tell you what everyone in LA could use this. Think how nice the freeway commutes would be if everyone had their Spark in the morning :)
Anyways I find the best way to take Spark is to have it in the morning when you first wake. This way as you finish getting ready for the day, its time to eat breakfast and Spark is already in your system working its magic (Directions state it should be consumed on an empty stomach either 30min before meals or 2hrs after meals). There are 5 different flavors (Cherry, Citrus, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Mandarin Orange) and my favorite and the favorite or most my friends is the Mandarin Orange.

Advocare Spark Energy Drink is a great replacement to the caffeine addicted person. Spark comes in a bunch of different flavors, Orange, Fruit Punch, Grape, Cherry and Citrus. By far Fruit Punch is the best tasting of them. I love the taste of all of them except the grape. Why use Spark? Spark is a great 'pick me up' I usually use Spark in the afternoon when my energy is at its lowest. Think of it as a shot of espresso. … more
