A Quick Tip by RabidChihuahua

  • Oct 17, 2012
This is a classic from the golden age of rap and hip-hop.

Even when you put the sick-ass beats and rhymes to the side, this album shows Ice Cube's talent in terms of tackling different subject matter.  He tells dark, serious tales about life in South Central (highlighted by songs like "You Can't Fade Me/JD's Gafflin'" and "The Drive-By") yet in some cases, can deliver some dark humor that somehow meshes well with the rest of the album (highlighted by "A Gangsta's Fairytale").

If you love rap music, you have to get this album.
