My Magic Mouse is my magic wand! (almost!)

My Magic Mouse is my magic wand that has me zooming, scrolling, and clicking incessantly. It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. I feel like such a professional, gliding my finders over the smooth surface of the shiny white plastic. It makes browsing the internet a breeze.

This mouse is the definition of mac sexy. It is such to impress anyone gawking at your deskspace. I wish it came in chrome though, I’m a sucker for matchy matchy (says the girl who has a bright orange case on her macbook…)

I do not use it for design work because I do not find it to be as precise as a regular mouse or pen tablet. I am also not as fast as I am using a regular mouse, or even the touchpad. I think this might just mean I need to take some time to get used to it.

I have one big problem that makes me only want to bust out this beauty when I am trying to show off. The mouse is noisy! The bottom of the mouse scraps against the table and makes a lot of noise. I guess I need to get a mousepad, but I feel so limited on that little square. I need a mouse pad that is as large as my MacBook screen!

I know once I get used to my mouse, it will be my favorite toy, hopefully replacing my 4 year old modly walcom tablet and janky logitec mouse!

I share the Magic Mouse love. It's a joy to use. But yes, depending on the surface of your desk, a mouse pad is pretty close to essential!

Once you've used it, you can never go back...

This is simply a much better mouse (trap). The previous generation of Apple's wireless mouse was very good, but I always felt the little trackball thingy on top wasn't quite right. After using the Magic Mouse for a few weeks, I began to think it couldn't be any easier than to scroll down a page by simply moving your finger on the stationary mouse. Apple Magic Mouse - Nice feel, funky scrolling

Gave up my Logitech MX for the new Apple mouse after the Logitech starting randomly double-clicking everything. The Magic Mouse's form factor is quite different than the large MX, but it's been easy to adapt. The only thing that I'm still undecided on is the scrolling. Tactically, it's fine. You can scroll with either finger, even when the other is resting on the mouse. That's nice, but it's also what leads to some occasional scrolling when you didn't intend to.
