Best place to stay in Laughlin

If your path ever leads to a weekend stay in Laughlin, then look to no other place but Aquarius to book room. My family headed here after our trip to the Grand Canyon to rest up and relax for a day before heading back to Los Angeles.

I would say that this place is the best that Laughlin has to offer. Many of the hotels there are super old, and Aquarius will be the newest renovated property that you'll find when looking for a place to stay. And when you compare Laughlin's prices to Las Vegas -- things will appear VERY cheap!

Aquarius is all you need in Laughlin, we could have stayed at the resort for the entire weekend. The buffet is best in town ($10), and there are many restaurants to get a quick bite or snack. There is an Outback Steakhouse, Subway, a cafe and ice cream shop. There's also a Starbucks, too. All of these places have discounts for the free players card -- so don't skip out on that.

The rooms are good, too. Nothing crazy like what you would find in a nice Vegas resort, but for the town -- Aquarius is the best. To set up some context, we had a good sized suite and paid $200 for it.

I'm not sure why anybody would choose to do Laughlin over Vegas, but if you do, head here!
