Personally, I love Tae Bo. I love Billy Blanks. And because of these two loves, I actually love to exercise. I used to be (and pretty much still am..) one lazy goose. Hardly, I ever did anything active. Always playing video games and never exercising, eating completely fatty, until one day I thought ... I want to lose weight, dammit! Even though I wasn't pretty huge, I still wanted to feel healthy and by that I wanted to exercise. But I could never do the generic pull ups, curl ups, push ups, etc. It wasn't fun and I couldn't keep myself from continuing it ever. I always gave up and of course, went back into being lazy.
One day I saw on one of those television commercials about Billy Blank and his Tae Bo. It looked so silly, I had to try it. So of course I tried finding some videos online and with good luck I did. I tried it out, and it got pretty addicting. It was fun as well as entertaining enough for me to continue doing it. It got to the point where I did lose some weight. Sadly, I've given up on it since I'm at my boyfriend's house a lot and I can't do Tae Bo or anything of the sort when people are watching. (Hense why I never hit the gyms... way too shy.) Otherwise, Billy Banks actually came up with a good way to get even the laziest people (like me!) to find an enjoyable way to exercise!
