Brut After Shave - Have you smelling like the man ladies dig!

When it comes down to my face I try to use only the best. Best shaving creme, best cremes, best blades, and best after shave. Now, I'm not exactly sure if Brut After Shave is the best one I ever used, but it's one of the only ones I'm really familiar with. And after more than 15 years of using it (I have used others) it's the one I go to the most often.

Brut After Shave is not a thick after shave, as it possesses more of a water-like substance. It's recommended to pour carefully, to keep from wasting a bit of it due to spilling. I use the after shave by slapping it on to every area I touched with my razor, and I massage it into my bare skin. The after shave kills what little bit of irritation may occur, and you can feel it working through a light burning sensation. The burn isn't exactly painful, instead, it leaves a very refreshed feeling. To include, the after shave quickly closes up and heals small nicks. This is clearly made possible since alcohol denat is one of its active ingredients.
The fragrance is very strong, and you can actually go with this in place of a cologne. The smell is strong for the first 15 minutes or so, then it begins to gradually fade. My only complaint in this area is that it can actually overshadow the cologne you plan on using. The smell is heavily on the musky side, which will more than likely appeal to most men.

The bottle itself looks nice and it costs around $6.99. I seen it less and a tad bit more. The bottle comes with a warning label stating that it's flammable, and it's best not to use when smoking, near fire, flame, or heat.
Overall, I really like the product, but I wouldn't mind trying something else only to change up a little. Unfortunately, at this time, I don't really know anything equal or better off the top of my head. But I'll mention it should I ever come around to something else.

Bless your heart - you're on a roll what with QTips, jeans, deodorant and so forth!! LOL Brute has been around forever so there must be something that men love about it; well and the ladies too! It's been a while since I've smelled it so I forget how awesome it is.

lol. I like to branch off into different categories, to pull those individuals who only frequent certain ones to other ones, so they can read everything I kick out. Some times it works, some times it don't. I been using Brut ever since I was a teen, and I haven't met a female yet who didn't like it.
