Back around 1998-2000, I played Buck Bumble a lot. Looking back on it, it was merely okay.
This was a pretty neat game for the fact that it combined flying with shooting flying enemies and blowing crap up, but it was a little awkward to play since Buck would sometimes get in front of your crosshairs, which would make it a little difficult to shoot accurately. The graphics were okay, and the music wasn't offensive.
Sort of a forgotten game in the 64-bit era. If you can find a copy for this really cheap, it may tickle you in the right places.
