Melinda is a volunteer fire fighter, and is also the owner of Buddha Bunz. I have purchased from Melinda a few times. She is such a sweet mama, wonderful to work with, and is very helpful when you have any questions. I have been satisfied with my purchases, she stands behind her work. If there is ever a problem she will correct without a hitch (not that I have had any problems, but if I did I wouldn't fret in talking to her about it). I use her dryer balls everytime I use the dryer. They are large, and smell so yummy! They make my laundry so soft, especially my towels. If you notice some static, what I do is pour some white vinegar in the rinse cycle, and then throw in a damp microfiber towel with the dryer balls and it cuts down on the static (learned that from various mama's). My little one's just love smelling them, and they even play catch amongst themselves or with each other. You can say in this family they have multi usage, lol! They come in natural undyed colors, solid colored dyed, and she can put designs on them (look at the photo's provided). You can also get them scented or unscented, she has over 25 scents. She also makes woolie toy balls, that way your lo's wont always try to take yours to play with like mine do. lol! Melinda also carries other items besides dryer balls, but I haven't had a chance to try anything else as of yet.
I found these a safer alternative to those plastic one's that you buy in the store or online. I read that when you use the plastic one's in the dryer, they heat up and some sort of chemical scent comes from them. (I read that some where, I just can't remember where). Your dryer sensor doesn't get affected by getting coated with dryer sheet gunk. Also, your clothes gets that gunk on them as well. Those stains that look like oil or grease, yuck! I also noticed our youngest ezcema isn't as bad as it was either. Too make the dryer balls last longer, zip your zippers, and keep yhour velcro's velcroed. lol! These dryer balls take a licking, but can start to fall apart if the above isn't properly taken care of. They do pill after a while, and all you have to do is simply use a sweater shaver. Just like new again!
