I've been wanting to try a Caipirinha since I first saw it on Three Sheets. The national drink of Brasil is a pretty basic cocktail. While it is basic, that doesn't mean that it's not a strong drink. Cut up the limes in 8 individual wedges. Combine the limes in a cocktail shaker with the sugar and crush the limes using a large spoon. Mix in cachaca and ice and shake well. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
