This great camera is the one I have used to shoot all of the Whuffaoke or Bust tour. I bought it body only (the kit lenses are worthless) and paired it with two Canon Prime lenses, a 20mm 2.8 and a 50mm 1.4.      With these lenses it handles fantastically in low light situations, and if you shoot in raw then you can recover enough from H (3200 ISO) setting for fantastic photos.       The feature set mirrors that of Canon's higher end bodies with this …

The Canon 40D is an excellent upgrade idea for any photographer looking to graduate from the camera they learned to shoot on.     The clarity is excellent and the larger LCD display makes it much easier to see whats going on. There are more advanced features that will continue to help you expand your knowledge and test your limits as a photographer.     My only caution would be low light situations. The auto-focus gets a bit sluggish in dark scenarios. Other …
