Chocolate, sure. But LEMON with chocolate is really where it's at...

Avoiding sweets is one of the most difficult feats for me to accomplish! I am telling a bit of a lie when I say that chocolate cupcakes are my favorite.  In actuality, it is lemon cupcakes with chocolate frosting.  I highly recommend them! The flavor combination is devastatingly underrated.  I am often surprised that lemon cake with chocolate frosting has not caught on more, since yellow cake (which  personally have never understood) and chocolate frosting is so foolishly popular.  One would assume that a box of lemon cake mix would be mistaken for yellow cake mix more frequently, and the popularity of lemon+chocolate would explode!

I've never had a lemon cupcake with chocolate frosting combo, but that sounds kind of good! Like tart chocolate :)
