A nice balance of sweet and lightly salted, combining chicken, coconut flakes, apricots and mustard.

These strips are surprisingly easy to make. These aren't your typical chicken strips! The lightly salted chicken counter-balances the sweet coconut flakes. Then the combo of the of the tangy mustard with the sweet apricot preserves melts in your mouth; as you dip the the coconut flaked chicken strips...what a surprise!!
