Best Fish Oil Supplement I've Found

I first heard about Coromega in the Health Forum here on Amazon. I was intrigued...a fish oil that you eat straight and doesn't taste fishy or have that fishy burp afterwards?

Too good to be true I suspected, but when I saw it at the local Vitamin Shoppe, I figured what the heck and bought a box (it was on sale). I was surprised to actually like it! Each serving is about the size of a ketchup packet. You can either eat it right from the packet or mix it with yogurt or in a smoothie. I just eat them straight. If they weren't an expensive supplement (not too expensive actually), I'd probably eat more than one at a time. Yes, I like them that much! They have a creamy, orangey flavor that reminds me of a creamsicle. The friends and family I've let sample them also have been impressed and looked into getting some for themselves.

If you are looking for this kind of supplement, then you probably already know the health benefits of fish oils and their Omega-3 fatty acids. If not here is a list of some of them:

1. Relief from pain and inflammation
2. Better brain function and higher intelligence
3. Improved mood and less depression
4. Lower incidence of childhood disorders
5. Superior cardiovascular health
6. Protection from heart attack and stroke
7. Reduced breast, colon and prostate cancer risk

Coromega uses top quality oil and processes it in a nondestructive manner so that you get all of the benefits without the risk of mercury and other contaminants that might be present in inferior products (I did some research). I like that Coromega includes Coenzyme Q10 for it's energy boosting and antioxidant effects, making it a two for one punch. And did I mention it tastes great?

Rarely does a product come along that is so innovative and good that I am this impressed. It should be on your short list of choices for Omega-3 supplementation. Other quality fish oils include Carlson's Very Finest Fish Oil and Krill Oil. Of those two, I prefer the Krill, but the Coromega packets are my first choice. Give them a try and they may be yours as well.

I've heard that some people don't like the taste. Simple solution -- go to the Corogmega web site and request a free sample pack. They'll more than likely send you the orange flavor. Decide for yourself. If you like it, you can make use of the coupons they send you as well.

I already take both CoQ10 and Fish Oil supplements--I take CoQ10 daily, but I only take the Fish Oil 3-4 times a week because the capsules are so large that I tend to avoid taking them. So, when I found a product that would give me these supplements TOGETHER and in a non-capsule form, I thought "This is perfect for me!"    The product comes in little foil packets (about the same size as a ketchup packet from a fast food joint). The nutritional information says that the serving …

Coromega Healthy Heart, Omega-3 and Coenzyme Q10 Supplements are an excellent alternative for those who cannot swallow large pills.     Each box contains 30 packets of the supplement. One serving is two packets. One box will last for 15 days. The packets are tiny/small and can easily stored in a pocket, wallet or purse. The packets are easy to open and can be consumed without mess.    I wasn't sure what to expect as far as taste goes. Fish oil tastes, well, …
