No amount of "over-the-counter" shampoo does my hair right. Like many of us, I'm sure, I have color-treated hair that's become dryer and more brittle over the years, especially as I've let it grow this past year.
That's where Japanese hair care products come in--more specifically, Crede. Although the company doesn't have an official Web site, you can find a handful on online hair care retailers that carry most of their products. Products that I know of include conditioner (which is called "treatment") and shampoo. Both come in a variety of "prescriptions" according to what your hair's like and what you want the outcome to be.

I recommend the ER Treatment, coupled with the FT shampoo. The combination is amazing. Before, my hair was turning into straw. Now, my hair is super soft.

You can also find these products at specialty hair care stores. If you're in Chicago, Bravco (43 E Oak Street) has it for sure. Just look for the bright yellow bottles.

What makes this Japanese stuff so good? Is it b/c it's more easily customizable? Or is there a magic, secret ingredient?
