I've had Daiya in sandwiches before, but not a grilled cheese or on nachos. I'll have to try that!

Many gluten intolerant people are also sensitive to dairy and soy, and finding a cheese alternative can be challenging! There is a new dairy-free soy-free cheese called Daiya that is just hitting shelves. I like this one better than others I have tried. Does it taste just like real cheese? Almost like vegan Velveeta- super creamy! good in pastas&some pizzas. don't rely on it for a vegan sandwich though.
