Excellent for A Diet

If you are having stomach like I am then you probably have tried just about all of the pills that you can handle, so why not go a different route. So, that is exactly what I did. I decided to try this stuff called Activia, but as usual I still can't notice any difference. I am on a diet and I am losing weight at a snail's pace, but losing it never the less. This low fat Activia will not hurt your diet or pocket book. This only costs about five dollars per a four pack and if you can print off a coupon for a dollar off it will be even cheaper than that. Which I have done several times. The low fat one are just as good as the regular variety ones and cost just the same so that is why I stay with the low fat kind, it goes with my diet. In my earlier years I never get caught dead eating yogurt. But, since I have gotten older I really like the flavor and texture of it. You can find this at just about any grocery store in your neighborhood and you might be surprised that even your kids will like this instead of candy.

Description
This yogurt from Dannon Activia is just as good as all the rest of the products out on the market today. They come in a four, eight, or a twelve pack for your convenience. I really prefer the smaller individualized packaging over the large tubs because of its simplicity an ability to stay fresh longer. The vanilla flavored one is thick and smooth when you first open it up and it is white in color. You will smell the faint fragrance of vanilla as it runs beneath your nose. This mouth watering treat has a lot of nutrition in it and this includes (these amounts are per 4 ounce serving), Calories 110, Calories from Fat 20, Total Fat 2 g , Saturated Fat 1.5g, TransFat0g,Cholesterol 10 mg, Sodium 70 mg, Potassium 230 mg, Carbohydrates 19 g, Dietary Fiber 0 g,
Sugars 17g, Protein 5 g, Calcium 15%, Iron 0%, and this is not bad for a quick breakfast or a mid afternoon snack.

Experience
I have been using Activia for several weeks for my stomach problems and I really do not know if it is doing any good for my problems. But, it sure curbs my appetite and keeps me on track when it comes to staying my diet. There are other flavors that I have tried and they include blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry, when I use the vanilla flavor, it can get a little boring at times so I decided to add this yogurt to some granola cereal instead of using milk and this tastes great and is easy to mix at work. It is always easy to get bored with eating the same thing every day so it is always a joy to have a variety in your snacks.

Once I have eaten the yogurt it is always a good thing to rinse out the plastic containers and recycle them it is good for the environment. Even though this may not be working to solve my stomach problems, it sure helps my diet that I am on. They say that they will give you your money back if you are not satisfied but I like it too much to return the rest. I really do not know if this is regulating my digestive system, but maybe I have to take it a lot longer since I have had my problem for such a long.

Conclusion
I have no proof that this will help your digestive system but I highly recommend that if you are on a diet you will love it for your diet. The vanilla flavored by itself can be a little tart unless some fruit or granola is added to it. Five stars for the flavor but the jury is still out on the regulation of my digestive system.

I tried the Activia yogurt and found that it was a little harsh on my system. I tried alot of different probiotic yogurts and pills but just recently I came across probiotic Attune bars. They have active cultures in them and taste like a chocolate bar! I encourage everyone to try them. They were very tasty and they fit my digestive problems without the harsh side effects I experienced with Activia.
