David Babaii for WILDAID- Awesome Hair For You and Awesome Benefit for Wildlife Everywhere

Okay, I admit it -I am a self-proclaimed hair product junkie. One, because I love hair care products and two because my hair type has forced me to try almost every hair conditioner, shampoo, and styling product that exists- (no exaggeration here, I've tried them all). My hair does a daily dance between frizzy fro and juicy ringlets and the tipping point will usually come down to my choice for hair care for that day, week, etc.

My recent break with Aveda had left me with a huge deficiency in my, never run out of these products because I love them stash, so when I stumbled across David Babaii's Wildaid line I was totally psyched to find two of my favorite things (animal activism and hair care) wrapped up in one.  The mission behind the line intrigued me, and after reading the ingredients (very crucial for an all-natural, hater of synthetic poison) and smelling it (very very crucial for obvious reasons), I decided to give it a whirl.  As a person who loves to give her all (at least when it comes to my hair), I went all out and purchased the Hydrating shampoo and conditioner, the bohemian beach spray, and the hair polish.

May I say that I am in L-O-V-E, love!  The hydrating shampoo and conditioner both contain Cupuacu butter, which is a natural moisturizer from the Amazon, wild orchid, and Blue Algae.  The shampoo leaves my hair feeling silky soft, and the conditioner untangles and moisturizes my hair better than any product I have ever tried- and that is saying a lot.  There is no build up, just pure moisture with a wonderful beachy coco nutty smell that also helps to prolong my hair color.

The Bohemian beach spray, which I admit I initially purchased, solely because of the name, has also joined the ranks of one of my favorite styling products. It contains sea salt from the Israeli Dead Sea, volcanic ash from the Vanuatu Island of the South Pacific, blue algae, mango, kiwi, jojoba oil, hemp oil, and yes more Cupuacu butter!  I spray it all over, making sure to get ample coverage on then ends, add a little hair polish and then let my hair air-dry.  The reward-voluminous, bouncy, shiny, soft, curls with zero frizz, and an awesome scent.

I am no stranger to frequent compliments and/or comments on my hair but since I've begun using these products they have literally shot thru the roof!  Combine this with the fact that my vanity is making a difference in the lives of animals around the globe makes Wildaid a permanent fixture in my shower and on my bathroom counter.

Other products by David Babaii for Wildaid include:  Amplifying Shampoo and Conditioner, Fiber Molding Paste, Amplifying whipped mousse, and Volcanic Ash Sculpting clay.  I am going to make it my business to try every last one!!
